2019-2020 Track and Field: Indoor: During the Idaho Team Challenge, Hammer finished in ninth place in the shot put by setting a career mark of 44-9 1/2, he also set a career-best time in the 60-meter hurdles by taking 14th place with a time of 9.79.

2018-2019 Track & Field: Outdoor: Hammer, at the Oregon State High Performance Meet, placed seventh in the long jump with a new personal-best of 21-3 1/2. At the Beach Invitational, Hammer finished 36th in the triple jump with a personal best of 45-1. Hammer finished ninth in the decathlon at the Pelluer Open with a new personal-best score of 4,963. At the WAR 12, he also placed ninth in the high jump with a personal best of 5-7. During the 2019 Buc Scoring Meet, Hammer placed fifth in the javelin throw with a personal-best of 181-1.
Indoor: At the MSU Dual Invite #2, Hammer placed 17th in the 60-meter hurdles with a personal-best time of 10.28, and placed sixth in the triple jump with a new personal best of 44-4 ¼. Hammer placed 13th in the shot put with a new best of 38-6 at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge. At the WSU Track & Field Meet, Hammer placed 26th in the 200 meters with a personal-best time of 25.93, and also finished 25th in the long jump with a new best of 19-2 ¾. Hammer also placed 15th in the heptathlon with a new best score of 3,117 at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open.

High School: As a senior at Ferris in 2018, Hammer placed eighth in the triple jump at the State 4A Championships with mark of 44-3. He had personal bests that season in the triple jump (46-0), shot put (44-7), discus (126-3), javelin (176-9) and long jump (19-2).
