- Indoor:
- Represented EWU at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in three events.
- Set a personal best in the 60-meters with a time of 6.95 finishing 13th.
- At the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open Allen ran his fastest 400-meters where he placed eighth with a time of 51.84.
- Outdoor:
- Competed at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships in three events.
- Ran a personal best in the 200-meters at the Whitworth Peace Meet where he placed 3rd with a time of 22.25.
- Broke his personal record in the 100-meters at the CWU Wildcat Invitational placing second with a time of 10.83.
High School
- Graduated from Lakeside HS in 2021.
- Was the Northeast 2A League co-MVP for sprinters (along with fellow EWU Eagle Noah Cherrington) as a sophomore in 2019.
- Advanced that year to the State 2A Championships at EWU’s Roos Field in two individual events and two relays.
- Placed 4th in the 200 (22.40) and 5th in the 100 (11.39), and helped the Eagles win the 4x100 (43.08) and 4x400 (3:30.41) relay titles.
- As a freshman, he ran a leg on the school’s state championship 4x100 relay.
- Set school records in the 100 (10.81) and 200 (22.18) at Lakeside, and also was on the record-breaking 4x100 relay (43.08).
- The 4x400 relay he was on in 2019 ranks second (3:29.43).
- Was coached in high school by former Eagle Jeremy VanAssche and the late Barry Sartz, who also attended EWU and played football.
- Also played football at Lakeside, and in in the 2020-21 season was the NEA Offensive MVP and a first team defensive back and returner.
- In 2019, he was a first team All-NEA wide receiver and second team academic all-league performer.
- Competed in basketball one season, and three years in both football and track and field.
