- Set a personal best in the 600-meters at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial, finishing 4th with a time of 1:22.69.
- Competed in the DMR at the Riverfront Invitational, finishing 1st with a time of 10:14.95.
- This performance ranked 9th on EWU Men’s All-Time Indoor DMR.
- Represented EWU at the Big Sky Indoor Championship, competing in the:
- 800-meters, finishing 24th in the preliminaries with a time of 1:59.37.

- At the 2023 Whitworth Peace Meet he ran his fastest time in the 800-meters where he finished 13th with a time of 1:55.62.
- Set a personal best in the 400-meters at the Pacific Coast Invitational where he placed 37th with a time of 51.29.
2021-2022 Track & Field
- Outdoor:
- At the Whitworth Peace Meet he ran his fastest time in the 400-meters where he finished 3rd with a time of 52.84.
- Ran a personal best in the 800-meters at the CWU Wildcat Invitational where he placed 4th with a time of 1:55.82.
- Made a personal best at the OSU High Performance Meet in the 1,500-meters finishing 17th with a time of 4:03.22.
2020-2021 Track & Field
- Outdoor:
- Had a personal best in the 800 meters (1:57.52) at the Whitworth Twilight Meet.
- Set another PR in the 1,500 meters (4:08.01) at the Whitworth Invite.

- Advanced to the 2021 Big Sky Winter Championships where he finished 72nd in the 8,000 meters with a time of 28:25.4.
- Competed in the Idaho Orchards Invitational where he ran a time of 27:46.2 and finished 19th.

High School
- Graduated from Henry Jackson HS in 2019.
- Competed in the 4A WIAA State XC Meet both his junior and senior years.
- In track and field his senior season he ran 1:59.80 in the 800 meters at the WIAA 4A State Championship Meet, placing him in 7th.
- Competed in the 800 meters and placed 2nd at the 3A/4A NW District 1 Championships with a personal-best time of 1:56.37.
- Competed in the 200 meters and placed 3rd with a time of 24.39 at the Monroe & Mariner @ Jackson meet, a new best.
- Won the 400 meters with a personal-best time of 51.92 at the Everett School District Championships.
- Robert was a four year letter winner in track and field for Henry Jackson HS.
