Career Bests:
Indoor: Shot Put, 49-1 | Weight Throw, 51-6 1/4
Outdoor: Shot Put, 47-2 1/4 | Hammer, 139-5

2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Did not compete.

2019-2020 Track and Field: Indoor: He placed 16th in the shot put at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, with a mark of 49-1. One day earlier, he was 17th in the weight throw with a mark of 46-10 1/4. He set his career-best weight throw mark of 50-5 1/4 during the Boise State Challenge, which was enough to earn himself fifth.

2018-2019 Track & Field: Outdoor: Chan placed fourth in the shot put at the Pelluer Open with a distance of 45-10 3/4. At the 2019 Buc Scoring Meet, Chan finished second in the shot put with a distance of 45-1.
Indoor: Chan placed 17th in the shot put with a new personal best of 47-8 at the Big Sky Track & Field Championships. Chan finished eighth in the weight throw with a personal-best distance of 48-7 1/4 at the MSU Dual Invite #2.

2017-2018 Track and Field: Outdoor: Set a personal best in the hammer with a throw of 139-5 placing 15th at the Sam Adams Classic. At the Pelluer Invitational he placed fifth in the shot put and 14th in the hammer. At the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships he set a personal best in the shot put with a throw of 47-2 1/4 placing 17th. Indoor: At the Idaho Duals he set a personal best in the weight throw with a throw of 43-5 placing tenth, he also placed ninth in the shot with a throw of 43-4 1/2.

High School: As a senior at Federal Way in 2017, Chan took fifth at the WCD3/SWD4 Meet with a throw of 49-8 1/2 to advance to the State 4A Championships. His mark of 50-8 1/2 earned him a seventh-place finish in shot put at State. His personal best in shot put was 52-7 3/4 in his last year of high school. As a junior, Chan made it to the WCD 3/4 4A Championships in the shot put where his mark of 48-2 earned himself ninth. Chan set his personal best mark in discus his sophomore year with a mark of 129-5.

Personal: Son of Hung Chan and Tuyet Tran ... Intends to major in computer science and interdisciplinary studies.
