2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Advanced to the Big Sky Conference Championships in two events. Finished third as part of the 4x400 relay team with a time of 3:15.12. Competed in the preliminaries of the 400 meters and ran a time of 50.85 but did not advance to the finals. Ran an 11.41 in his first 100-meter race at the Al Manuel Invitational. Also ran in the 200 and 400 meters at different meets throughout the season.

2019-20 Track & Field: Indoor: The only meet he competed in was the Idaho Team Challenge and he had a time of 22.51 in the 200 to place 10th.

2018-19 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. McAdams was a member of the team that won the 4x100-meter relay at the Spokane Memorial 2019 with a time of 41.92. He was also a member of the winning team that won the 4x100 relay with a time of 41.75 at the Oregon State High Performance Meet. At the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate, McAdams placed 16^th in the 200 meters with a new best time of 22.41.
Indoor: At MSU Dual Invite #2, McAdams finished fourth in the 200 with a new personal-best time of 22.47. He finished seventh in the 400-meter race at the 2019 UW Invitational with a new best time of 48.80. McAdams took first in the 600-meter race with a new personal best of 1:23.90 at the Candy Cane XI.

2017-18 Track & Field: Outdoor: Placed first in the 400 hurdles at the Al Manuel Northwest Dual with a time of 54.42. Set a personal best in the 400 hurdles with a time of 54.23 placing first at the Beach Pacific Coast Intercollegiate. At the Beach Invitational he set a personal best in the 400 with a time of 48.56 placing 22nd. At the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships he placed seventh in the 400 hurdles and was a part of the 4X400 team that placed fourth. Indoor: Set a personal best in the long jump with a jump of 21-4 1/4 placing fourth at the Candy Cane. Was a part of the distance medley relay that placed seventh at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships.

2016-17 Track & Field: Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 400 hurdles at the Big Sky Championships with a time of 54.89. Also finished second at the Spokane Memorial series with a time of 55.84 in the same event. At the 45th Pelluer Invitational, he finished third in the 400 hurdles with a time of 56.74 His personal-best was at the Oregon State University High Performance, with a time of 54.49. Indoor: Finished second in the 60 hurdles at the Vandal Indoor Invitational with a time of 8.97. His personal-best time was at the UW Invitational with a 8.61 finish. McAdams placed fifth in the 600 at the Candy Cane Invitational IX with a time of 1:25.10, which ranks fourth on Eastern’s all-time indoor bests list.

High School: Two-time letter winner in track and field and one-time letter winner in basketball at Nathan Hale … 3A 300 meter hurdle record of 38.38 … 2016 WIAA 3A third place in 300 meter hurdle and seventh in 110 meter hurdle … WIAA 3A second and third place in 4x100 and 4x400 relay … Personal records in long jump (21’9), triple jump (43’5), 100 meter (11.27), and 110 meter hurdle (14.80).
