2013-14 Track and Field: Indoor:Frostad ran a season best of 4:27 in the mile at the Ed JacobyInvite where he placed fifth. He ran 8:54.23 in the 3,000 at the UWIndoor Preview. His 5,000 season best was run at the UW HuskyClassic where he clocked a time of 16:07.19. Outdoor:Frostad ran the 10,000 in 36:11.78 at the Big Sky ConferenceChampionships in Flagstaff, Ariz., where he placed 19th. At the MSUOpen, he ran the 800 (2:13.41) and 1,500 (4:08.82). His 5,000season best was 15:50.07, run at the Al Manuel meet where he placed12th. He was selected to the Big Sky spring all-academic team.

2013 Cross Country: Redshirted.

High School: Frostad was a three-timecompetitor at the WIAA 3A State Championships, helping the NorthCentral Indians to three team titles in the process. He placed 19thas a senior (16:01.9), 46th as a junior (16:25.1) and 17th as asophomore (16:05.3) on the 5,000-meter course. He also competed atthe NXN Northwest Regional Championships, placing 28th in a time of16:16.6. In track, Frostad’s best times came in the 800(2:06.15), 1,600 (4:20) and 3,200 (9:18.52).
