2017-2018 Track and Field:
Outdoor: At the Buc Scoring Meet he placed second in the 200 and fourth in the 400. At the Beach Pacific Coast Intercollegiate he placed sixth in the 400 and 19th in the 200. At the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships he placed seventh in the 400 and was a part of the 4x400 relay team that placed fourth.

2016-17 Track and Field: Outdoor: Redshirt. Indoor: Earned third in the 400 meters at the Vandal Indoor Invitational with a time of 52.01. He was also took 15th in the same event at the Big Sky Championships with a time of 50.11. He was a part of a 4x400 relay team that earned fourth at the Bronco Invitational, finishing in 3:23.26.

2015-16 Track and Field: Outdoor: Competed in the 200-meter, 400-meter, and 4x400 relay at the Big Sky Outdoor Championship. Placed first in both the 100 and 200 meter dashes at the Erik Anderson, setting personal bests of 11.06 and 21.67, respectively. Indoor: Competed in the 400-meter, 4x400 and distance medley relay at the Big Sky Indoor Championship. Finished fourth in the 400-meter at the Championship with a time of 48.64. Ran a personal best 7.25 in the 60-meter dash at the WSU Indoor.

2014-15 Track and Field: Outdoor: Competed in the 400-meter, 200-meter, and 4x400 relay at the Big Sky Outdoor Championship. Seven top-five performances in individual running events, including first place in the 200-meter at the Sam Adams Classic. Indoor: Competed at the Big Sky Indoor Championship in the 400-meter run with a personal best time of 48.59. Part of the fourth place 4x400 relay team at the Indoor Championships. Placed second in the 400-meter at the Idaho Indoor and second in the 200-meter at the WSU Indoor.

2013-14 Track and Field: Indoor: Upmeyer’s personal best in the 400 came during the Big Sky Conference prelims where he ran a time of 48.72 to finish third. In the final of the 400, he ran 50.58 to finish seventh overall. He also helped his team to a fourth place finish in the 4x400 meter relay (3:17.23). He was selected to the Big Sky winter all-academic team. Outdoor: At the Big Sky Conference Championships, Upmeyer ran 49.50 in the 400 to place 18th. He also competed on the 4x400-meter relay team that ran 3:15.08 in the 4x400-meter relay at the championships to place sixth overall. He ran season bests in the 100 (11.29) at the Dusty Lane Open meet, the 200 (22.14) at the MSU Open Outdoor meet, and the 400 (49.03) at the Duane Hartman Invitational. He also ran the third leg of the 4x400-meter relay at the Long Beach Invitational where his team placed first with a time of 3:14.06. He was selected to the Big Sky spring all-academic team.

High School: Upmeyer placed second in the 400 at the WIAA 3A State Championships with a time of 48.86, only trailing Marcus Chambers from Henry Foss, who had the top time in the nation that season of 46.36. He was eighth in the 400 as a junior and seventh as a sophomore at state. Upmeyer ran on the 4x400 relay for University, which took seventh at state in 2013 and fifth in 2012. He also competed in the 200 at state, with finishes of 11th in 2013 and 15th in 2012. Upmeyer was a four-time All-Greater Spokane League first team selection, including twice for the 4x400 and once for the 200 and 400. His time in the 400 broke a 16-year old school record and he was also inducted into the University High School hall of fame. He lettered six times for the Titans, with four in track, one in football and one in cross country. Upmeyer’s other best times came in the 100 (11.44) and 200 (22.30).

Personal: Intends to major in physical therapy. Born 3/14/95 in Fort Polk, La. His parents are Mark and Michell Upmeyer.
