2013-14 Track and Field: Indoor: At the UW Indoor Preview, she ran a time of 10:25.60 in the 3,000 to rank ninth all-time at Eastern. She ran 17:41.97 in the 5,000 at the UW Husky Classic to rank fifth all-time at Eastern. At the Big Sky Championships, she placed seventh in the 5,000 with a time of 17:57.24. She was selected to the Big Sky winter all-academic team. Outdoor: Arrigoni had a stellar season for the Eagles, making it all the way to the NCAA Championships. At the Beach Invitational, she ran 4:33.80 in the 1,500 to rank seventh all-time at Eastern. At the MSU Open Outdoor Meet, she won the 5,000 with a time of 17:47.33, ranking her ninth all-time at Eastern. At the Big Sky Conference Championships, she won the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a time of 10:58.30 which qualified her for the NCAA Preliminary Rounds regional meet in Fayetteville, Ark. She also had a second-place finish in the 5,000 at the Big Sky Championships with a time of 18:08.99, and a tenth place finish in the 1,500 with a time of 4:46.55. Arrigoni set a new school record in the steeplechase at the regional meet with a time of 10:14.99 placing her fifth in her heat and 12th overall, booking her ticket to the NCAA Division I Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore. She capped off her historical season at nationals by placing 20th in the prelims with a time of 10:24.66.

2013 Cross Country: At the Inland Empire Championships, Arrigoni ran a personal best of 17:50 in the 5,000 that would place her 10th overall, helping her team to a first-place finish. At the Big Sky Championships in Bozeman, Mont., she placed 51st with a time of 18:21, finishing fifth for the Eagles. She was also 44th at the Sundodger Invitational (22:25, 6,000), 181st at the NCAA West Regionals (22:28, 6,000), and 84th at the Notre Dame Invitational (19:10, 5,000).

Everett CC: Arrigoni helped the Everett Trojans earn their second-consecutive title at the NWAACC Cross Country Championships, placing seventh in a time of 19:02.95 to earn All-America honors. At the Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational, she ran 18:40.83 to place 17th. Arrigoni also had a top-ten finish at the Sundodger Invite, placing ninth on the 6,000-meter course with a time of 22:37.42 in the open section. In track, her best event was the 3,000-meter steeplechase in which she had a personal best of 10:59.70 at the WWU Twilight Meet, a time that would put Arrigoni second all-time at Eastern. She also ran a time of 17:54.50 in the 5,000 at the WWU Ralph Vannechia Invitational. That time would put Arrigoni on the top ten lists at Eastern. At the 2013 NWAACC Championships, Arrigoni won the steeplechase with a time of 11:27.16 and placed third in the 5,000 (18:35.73). She was named athlete of the year and was a team captain for the 2012-13 season at Everett.

High School: In cross country, Arrigoni placed fifth at the 2011 Washington B State Championships, running a time of 19:35.5 on the 5,000-meter course. In track and field, she competed in three events at the 2011 2B State Championships: the high jump (sixth, 4-10), 1,600 (12th, 5:47.43) and 3,200 (10th, 12:33.44). She was named athlete of the year at Oroville High School in 2011. Arrigoni lettered four times in basketball, four times in soccer, three times in tennis and once in cross country and track.

Personal: Elementary education major. Born 5/31/93 in Penticton, B.C. Her parents are Ron and Kathy Arrigoni.
