2013-14 Track and Field: Indoor: At the Ed Jacoby Invitational in Nampa, Idaho, Dahl had season bests in the 200 (23.60) and 400 (53.78). At the Candy Cane VI he ran 6.88 in the 55-meter dash. Outdoor: Redshirted.

High School: Dahl hit a personal best of 40.48 in the 300 hurdles at the WIAA 3A State Championships, ranking sixth going into finals. He ran on both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays at the state meet with the 4x100 placing ninth (43.87) and the 4x400 finishing 14th (3:33.80). Dahl placed first in the 100 and 400 at the Terrace Invite, running personal-best times of 11.04 and 51.54. He recorded a split of 49.30 in the 4x400 at the WESCO 3A Conference Championships, helping Mountlake Terrace to a second-place finish.
