High School: Allred earned four varsity letters in track and field and volleyball at East Valley High School. After placing in third at the 2013 WIAA 2A State Championships in the discus, Allred managed to claim top honors at the 2014 2A State Championships in both the discus and javelin. She also placed fourth at the Washington State Hammer Championships. She is the school record holder in the javelin, with best marks of 136-11 in the discus, 135-7 in the javelin and 139-4 in the hammer throw. Off the field, Allred was the ASB President her senior year. She was also a member of the All-State treble choir for two years, and the All-State symphonic choir for one.
Personal: Intends to major in occupational therapy with aspirations to own her own O.T. office. Born 10/24/95 in Spokane Valley, Wash. Her parents are Keith and Susan Allred.
