Qualified for the NCAA West First Round
Competed at the Big Sky XC Championships, finishing with a time of 18:24.4.
Set a personal best in the 5k at the LC State Invite, finishing 21st with a time of 17:45.1.
- This performance ranked 12th on EWU Women's XC All-Time 5k Performance List.
Set a personal best in the 6k at the Gan's Creek Classic, finishing with a time of 21:19.8.
- This performance ranked 12th on EWU Women's XC All-Time 6k Performance List.
Opened the season at the Cougar Classic, finishing 28th with a time of 21:39.3.

2023 | Cross Country

Qualified for the NCAA West First Round
Placed 21st at the Big Sky XC Championships with a time of 18:41.5.
Set a personal best in the 5k at the LC State Invite, finishing 21st with a time of 18:00.1.
- This performance ranked 17th on EWU Women's XC All-Time 5k Performance List.
She opened the season at the Clash of the Inland Northwest where she placed 19th with a time of 14:50.1.

2022-23 | Track and Field

Indoor:
- Competed in two meets during the season.
Outdoor:
- Represented EWU at the 2023 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track Meeting.
- She ran her fastest time in the 1,500-meters at the 2023 Bryan Clay Invitational where he finished 57th with a time of 4:45.17.
- Set a personal best in the 800-meters at the Oregon State High Performance placing 32nd with a time of 2:17.55.

2022 | Cross Country

Set a personal best in the 6k at the Gans Creek Classic, finishing with a time of 22:16.7.
Set a personal best in the 4k at The Gonzaga Duels finishing 11th with a time of 13:44.2.
Openned the Season at the Clash of the Inland Northwest, finishing 9th with a time of 15:13.4.

2021-22 | Track & Field

Indoor:
- Raced in the DMR at the Big Sky Championships where the Eagles placed 10^th with a time of 12:39.83. Set a new personal best in the mile (5:18.31).
- Best finish of the season came at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open where she placed fourth in the 800m with a new personal best of 2:19.95.
Outdoor:
- Set three personal bests during the outdoor season in the 400m (1:02.23), 800m (2:17.75) and the 1500m (4:47.23).
- Raced in the 800m at the Big Sky Championships where she placed 18^th in the prelims.
- Placed in the top-five three times during the outdoor season and the top-10 five times.

2021 | Cross Country

Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
Qualified for the NCAA West First Round
Placed 65^th at the Big Sky XC Championships with a time of 18:41.5.
Ran at the NCAA West Regional XC Championships where she placed 162^nd in the 6k with a time of 22:44.7.
Placed in the top-30 in two other meets, including a 21^st place finish (23:17.9) at the Mike Johnson Classic and 25^th at the Clash of the Inland Northwest (15:36.8).

2020-21 | Track & Field

Outdoor:
- Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
  Had a personal best in the 1,500 meters at the Whitworth Essential Invite with a time of 4:59.13.
- Ran another best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Whitworth Invite (12:24.39).
- Had a PR in the 800 meters at the Whitworth H.I.R. Invite (2:22.49).

2020 | Cross Country

Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
Advanced to the 2021 Big Sky Winter Championships where she finished in 72nd in the 5,000 meters with a time of 21:00.2.
Also competed in the Idaho Orchards Invitational where she ran a time of 18:31.5 to place 21st.

High School

Graduated from Central Valley HS in 2020
Placed 22nd as a senior at the 4A District 8 Championships, finishing with a time of 20:03.0 in a 5,000-meter course.
Had a personal best time of 19:50.0 at that distance earlier in the season.
As a junior in track and field in 2019, she ran a leg on Central Valley’s 4x200 relay team which advanced to the WIAA State 4A Championships.
- That squad had a time of 1:44.08 to just miss the finals.
Had a personal-best time of 1:01.66 in the 400 meters at the 4A District 8 Championships to place seventh, and earlier in the season had a best of 27.27 in the 200.
Also competed in cross country, and finished 22nd at the District 8 Championships as a senior in 2019.
Earned honorable mention All-Greater Spokane League honors and went on to place 59th at the Northwest Regional Championships.
Her personal record on a 5,000-meter course came as a senior with a 19:50.0 time.
She was coached in high school by Geoff Arte and Douglas Pecha.
