Javelin 137-3
2013-14 Track and Field: Outdoor: Atthe Big Sky Conference Championships, Seims placed 14th in thejavelin with a throw of 129-1 1/2. Her season best in the javelinof 133-10 came at the MSU Open Outdoor meet. At the BeachInvitational, she competed in the javelin and had a throw of 129-111/4.
2012-13: Outdoor:Seims launched her personal best of 137-3 in the javelin at theDusty Lane Open to finish eighth overall. She finished 17th at theBSC Outdoor Championships with a toss of 123-8. Her second bestthrow on the season of 130-8 came at the All-Idaho Cup.
High School: Seims placedthird in the javelin at the WIAA 4A State Championships with apersonal-best throw of 136-9. She had placed 10th in theevent a year earlier with a throw of 119-4. During her senior year,Seims placed in at least the top five in the javelin at every meetshe competed in. Her other top marks were in the 100 (14.27), 200(29.26), 400 (66.09) and discus (89-5).
Personal: Intends to major in Speech &Language Pathology. Born 12/15/93 in Renton, Wash. Her parents areRobert and Cynthia Seims.
