2013-14 Track and Field: Indoor: Lynch placed ninth at the Idaho Vandal Indoor (2:24.56, 800) and eighth at the Ed Jacoby Invitational (5:23.42, mile). She was selected to the Big Sky winter all-academic team. Outdoor: At the Al Manuel meet in Missoula, Mont., she ran season bests in the 800 (2:39) and the 3,000-meter steeplechase (13:08.74). At the MSU Open Outdoor Meet, she ran 5:18.73 in the 1,500.

2013 Cross Country: Lynch finished 79th at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a time of 19:30. Her season-best 5,000 time of 18:55 came at the Inland Empire Championships where she finished 30th. She was also 65th at the Sundodger Invitational (23:21, 6,000) and 223rd at the NCAA West Regionals (24:47, 6,000). She was selected to the Big Sky fall all-academic team.

High School: Lynch placed 22nd at the WIAA 3A State Cross Country Championships as a junior, running a personal best of 19:18.9 on the 5,000-meter course. She finished 33rd at the 2012 meet as a senior. She competed in the 800 twice at the 3A state meet and once in the 1,600. She was 12th in the 800 in 2013 (2:19.58) and 13th in 2011 (2:22.14). Lynch’s time of 2:18.71 set a new school record at Peninsula. She was a two-time letterwinner in both cross country in track and a team captain as well.

Personal: Intends to major in exercise science (pre-occupational therapy). Born 12/30/94 in Tacoma, Wash. Her parents are James and Lori Lynch.
