- Ran her fastest time in the mile at the 2023 Lauren McCluskey Memorial where she finished 29th with a time of 5:48.51.
2021-2022 Track & Field
- Outdoor:
- Competed in two events during the season.
- At the 16th Sam Adams Classic, Stites set a personal best in the 1,500-meters where she finished 21st with a time of 5:24.24.
- Ran her fastest time in the 800-meters where she placed 29th with a time of 2:39.81.

- Outdoor:
- Did not compete, but counts as her redshirt season.
- Was named to the Big Sky Conference All-Academic team.

- Competed in five regular season meets in distance races ranging from 800 to 3,000 meters.
- Was second in the 3,000 at the Buc Scoring Meet with a time of 11:14.38.
- Later in the year had a third-place finish in the mile at the Spokane Memorial with a season-best time of 5:31.09.
- Had her season best in that meet in the 800Â (2:33.21)
- Had a best of 5:06:31 in the 1,500 at the Al Manuel Invitational.
- Indoors:
- Competed in four meets, including a season-best time of 5:45.35 in the mile at the WSU Indoor Track and Field Meet.
- Best in the 3,000 of 11:26.19 came at the DI Invitational Team Challenge in Moscow, Idaho.
2018 Cross Country
- Competed for EWU at the NCAA Division I West Region Championships, and also ran in two other regular season meets.
- Was 87th at the Montana Cross Country Invitational with a time of 22:06.0 on a 3.1-mile course.
