2017-2018 Track and Field: Outdoor: Placed first in the 800 at the Buc Scoring Meet. At the Al Manuel Northwest Dual, War XI and the Pelluer Invitational he placed first in the 800. Set a personal best in the 800 with a time of 1:50.72 placing sixth at the Beach Invitational. At the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships he placed second in the 800 and was a part of the 4x400 relay team that took fourth. Indoor: Set a personal best in the 3000 with a time of 8:58.75 placing sixth at the Vandal Indoor Invitational. At the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships he placed 12th in the 800 and was a part of the distance medley relay team that placed seventh.
2016-17 Track and Field: Outdoor: Redshirt. Indoor: Earned first in the mile at the Idaho Duals with a 4:13.84 personal-best time. Also finished second in the same event at the 2017 Bronco Invitational. He competed in the 800 at the Big Sky Championships and took 15th with a time of 1:56.52.
2016-17 Cross Country: Had best times in the 6,000 (19:33.9), 8,000 (25:24.4) and 10,000 (33:39.6) in cross country.
2015-16 Track and Field: Outdoor: Stahl had a prolific outdoor season, ending the year with six top-five finishes. At the Big Sky Outdoor Championships, he ran a time of 1:53.20 in the 800, placing fourth in the event. Earlier in the season, he finished third in the 800 at the OSU High Performance Meet, and set a personal best in the 800 at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 1:52.94. He finished fifth at the Al Manuel in the 1,500, and fourth in the 800 at the Buc Scoring Invite. His personal best in the 1,500 came at the Beach Invitational with a time of 3:57.10. Indoor: At the Big Sky Indoor Championship, Stahl finished 13th in the 800, while also competing in the 4x4 and distance medley relays. He started the year earning first place with the 4x800 team at the Candy Cane Invitational with a time of 8:14.06, and finishing in third in the 600 with a time of 1:24.86, good for second best in EWU’s history. At the WSU Indoor Open, Stahl placed fifth in the 400 with a time of 51.20.
American River CC: Stahl ran the 800 meters and 1,500 meters at American River Community College. His personal best in the 800 was during his freshman season in 2014 at the California Community College Athletic Association State Championships where he ran a time of 1:51.95, placing first and receiving All-American honors. His personal best in the 1,500 was also during his freshman year at the Mt. SAC Relays where he ran a time of 4:00.57, placing fourth overall. Stahl was also a member of the CCCAA 4x400 meter relay All-American team in 2014 and a two time CCCAA Northern California Champion in the 800 meters. Stahl ran cross country for American River College, where he recorded personal bests in the four miles at the Big 8 Conference Championships in 2013 with a time of 22:06.2, and in the 8,000 meters at the Santa Clara University Bronco Invitational in 2014 with a time of 25:56.9.
High School: Stahl competed at the Sac Joaquin Section Division II-III Trials in 2012 and 2013 in the 800 meters and the 4x400 meter relay. He then continued on to compete at the Sac Joaquin Section Masters Finals in the 800 in 2013.
