2024 | Cross Country

Qualified for the NCAA West First Round.
Represented EWU at the Big Sky XC Championships, finishing with a time of 25:45.4.
Set a personal best in the 8k at the LC State Invite, finishing 10th with a time of 24:27.0.
- This performance ranked 11th on EWU Men's All-Time 8k Performance List.
Opened the season at the Clash of the Inland Northest, setting a personal best in the 6k, finishing 11th with a time of 18:31.5.

2023-2024 | Track & Field

Indoor:
- Competed in three meets during the season.
- Set a personal best in the Mile at the UW Invite (Mile City), finishing with a time of 4:13.95.
- Set a personal best in the 3000-meters at the UW Invite (Mile City), finishing with a time of 8:18.41.
  - This performance ranked 5th on EWU Men’s All-Time Indoor 3000-meters.
Outdoor:
- Did not compete.

2023 | Cross Country

Fall Big Sky All-Academic Team.
Opened the season at the Clash of the Inland Northwest, finishing with a time of 20:26.5.

2022-2023 | Track & Field

Indoor:
- Big Sky All-Academic Team (Winter).
- Competed at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships.
- Ran his fastest time in the 3,000-meters at the Inland Northwest Invitational with a time of 8:39.53 and finished 2^nd.
Outdoor:
- Ran his fastest time in the 1,500-meters (3:59.57) at the 2023 Bryan Clay Invitational where he placed 168th.
- At the Oregon State High Performance he set a personal best in the 800-meters where he finished 81st with a time of 2:00.36.

2022 | Cross Country

Fall Big Sky All-Academic Team.
Qualified for the NCAA West First Round, setting a personal best in the 10k, finishing with a time of 31:18.2.
- This performance ranked 11th on EWU Men's All-Time 10k Performance List.
Represented EWU at the Big Sky XC Championships, finishing with a time of 25:35.4.
Set a personal best in the 8k at the Gan's Creek Classic, finishing with a time of 25:33.3.
Opened the season at the Clash of the Inland Northwest, setting a personal best in the 6k, finishing 23rd with a time of 19:48.0.

2021-2022 Track & Field

Indoor:
- Competed at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships.
- At the Whitworth Invitational he ran his fastest time in the mile where he finished 14th with a time of 4:24.62.
Outdoor:
- Ran two personal bests at the Al Manuel Invitational.
- In the 800-meters he ran a time of 2:00.70 where he finished 16th and in the 1,500-meters he placed ninth with a time of 4:06.76.
- At the OSU High Performance Meet he ran his fastest time in the 5,000-meters where he finished third with a time 15:10.46.

2021 | Cross Country

High School

Graduated from Shadle Park HS in 2021.
Earned first team All-Greater Spokane League honors in cross country in 2021, helping the Highlanders to an undefeated dual meet season.
Was the individual champion in the Shadle Park/Clarkston dual meet, and was second at the season-ending Greater Spokane League Championships.
Although no official state championship took place in cross country, his career-best time of 15:39.7 on a 5,000-meter course tied for third in the State 2A Virtual Cross Country Meet.
Was a varsity team captain as both a junior and senior, and those same years earned his team’s most inspirational award as well.
In his lone season of track and field in 2021, he was first team All-GSL in the 800 meters and 1600 meters, and was honorable mention in the 3200.
Won both events as the season-ending GSL 2A Championships, and was third in the 3,200.
Had bests of:
- 800 meters (2:00.01).
- 1,600 meters (4:23.26).
- 3,200 meters (9:33.95).
As a senior, he was the school’s distance MVP.
Competed four years in cross country, two seasons in soccer and one in track and field.
Coached in high school by Shawn Howard.

Personal

Interested in majoring in Exercise Science at EWU in hopes of becoming an Athletic Trainer.

Is a first generation college student in his family.
