2017-2018 Track and Field: Outdoor: Finished second in the shot and fifth in the hammer and the discus at the Sam Adams Classic. She set a personal best in the discus with a throw of 146-7 placing her second; she also placed first in the shot and sixth in the hammer at the Pelluer Invitational. At the Beach Pacific Coast Intercollegiate she set a personal best in the hammer with a throw of 164-4 placing 31st overall. Finished sixth in the discus, eighth in the shot and 14th in the hammer at the OSU High Performance Meet. She set a personal best in the shot with a throw of 47-8 placing her 3rd overall at the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships, she also placed seventh in the discus and 16th in the hammer. Indoor: At the Candy Cane she finished first in the weight with a throw of 54-4. Finished first in the shot and second in the weight at the 2018 Idaho Duals. She set a personal record in the weight with a throw of 56-1 placing her 18th overall at the Husky Classic. At the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships she placed ninth in shot and tenth in weight.

2016-17 Track and Field: Outdoor: Earned 14th place at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the shotput with a mark of 42-9. Her personal-best in the same event was at the Buc Scoring Invite with a throw of 45-3, giving her first-place at the meet. Indoor: Took sixth place at the Candy Cane VII Invitational in the shot put with a mark of 35-6.

2015-16 Track and Field: Outdoor: First place and personal best in the shot put at the Buc Scoring Invite with a mark of 45-3. Recorded a personal best in the hammer throw at the OSU High Performance meet with a toss of 150-9. Finished 14th at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships. Indoor: Placed sixth at the Candy Cane invite and ninth at the MSU, UM, SSU, EWU meet in the weight throw.

2014-15 Track and Field: Indoor: Redshirt. Outdoor: Took fifth place at Al Manuel in the shot put with a throw of 40-9 3/4. Competed at the 2015 Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the shot put.

High School: Flenoy qualified for the WIAA 4A State Championships during her junior and senior year at Cascade High School. She placed 14th in the shot put (34-1 3/4), and 15th in the discus (95-10) her junior year. She made vast improvements her senior year, placing 5th in the shot put with a personal-best toss of 38-5 and 10th in the discus with a throw of 111-6. Her best mark in the discus in 114-10. Flenoy was also a member of her high school’s varsity bowling team.
