2013-14 Track and Field: Indoor:Redshirted. Outdoor: At the Dusty Lane Open in Spokane,Wash., he ran a season-best 15:04.57 in the 5,000 to place sixth.His season-best 800 (2:02) and 1,500 (4:02.1) came at the MSU OpenOutdoor Meet where he placed sixth in both events.
2013 Cross Country: Hamilton placed 17th at theBig Sky Championships, clocking a season-best time of 25:25 andfinishing second for the Eagles. He was also the top finisher forthe Eagles at the Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 25:57,placing him 116th. At the Clash of the Inland Northwest in Spokane,Wash., he ran a time of 18:58 on the 6,000-meter course, finishing11th overall.
2012-13: Indoor:Hamilton ran a time of 14:24.52 in the 5,000 at the UW Invitationalto rank fourth in school history and place sixth overall. He wasmilliseconds away from cracking the Eastern top ten list in the3,000 with a time of 8:25.96 at the UW Husky Classic, just missingthe 10th spot (8:25.84). Hamilton placed eighth in the 5,000(15:15.11) and 10th in the 3,000 (8:37.54) at the BSC IndoorChampionships. Outdoor: Hamilton finished fifth in the10,000 at the BSC Outdoor Championships with a time of 31:37.16. Heplaced 15th in the 5,000 at the conference meet (15:18.86). At theMt. Sac Relays, Hamilton ran a personal-best time of 31:17.99 inthe 10,000. He also ran his outdoor best of 14:50.70 in the 5,000in a winning effort at the All-Idaho Cup.

Boise State: Hamilton raced infive cross country meets as a freshman, finishing as the top runnerfor the Broncos in three. He garnered Mountain West Athlete of theWeek honors for the week of Sept. 27. He was also named MountainWest Freshman of the Year and second team all-conference. He placedsecond in the Roger Curran 6K (19:00.65), 11th at the MWChampionships (25:36.3; 8K) and 53rd at the NCAA West Championships10K (30:37). Hamilton placed 10th in the 3,000 and 11th in the5,000 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships. His best times atBoise State came in the 1,500 (4:05.26), mile (4:14.27), 3,000(8:26.45) and 5,000 (14:34.98). That time in the 5,000 would putHamilton fourth all-time at Eastern.
High School: Hamilton wassecond at the 2010 WIAA 3A Cross Country State Championships,running a time of 15.20.4 in the 5,000. The North Central HighSchool standout was also 17th at state his junior year. In track heplaced fourth as a senior in the 1,600 (4:15.69) and 3,200(9:04.70) at the 2011 3A WIAA State Championships. He ran hispersonal-best time of 8:58.26 in the 3,200 at the Shoreline Invite,placing first. His other best times were in the 800 (2:02.40),1,600 (4:15.36), mile (4:17.77) and 2 mile (9:08.59).
