Prior to Eastern Washington
Elyn Bowers already has a record-breaking career at Pinedale High School, becoming the program's all-time leading scorer with 2255 points in four years. She holds the single season (699) and single game (47) scoring records at Pinedale. Adding to her accolades at Pinedale, Elyn holds the records in career assists (351), career steals (381), single season assists (112) and single season steals (113). She is second all-time in all of Wyoming high school history with 264 made three-pointers.
A native of Pinedale, Wyo., Elyn was named the Wyoming 3A West Player of the Year for three consecutive seasons (2023, 2024, 2025) seasons. Elyn also earned 3A all-conference and all-state all four years at Pinedale.
In her senior season, Elyn averaged 25.9 points, 4.1 assists, 4.2 steals, 4.2 rebounds and 1.0 blocks per game. She shot 41 percent from three-point range, making 78 total threes. Elyn was named the 2024-25 Gatorade Player of the Year. She was the Wyoming All-Class leading scorer in '23-'24, averaging 24.0 points per game, while shooting 55 percent overall and 40 percent from three-point range. She added 6.5 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game. In her four-year career at Pinedale, Elyn has earned All-State and All-Conference awards each season.
Elyn's scoring ability led Pinedale to a first place finish at the regional championship last season and third at the state championships. Pinedale placed second and third for the '21-'22 and '22-'23 seasons respectively.
A true multi-sport athlete, Elyn has earned four letters in basketball, four in Golf and one in Track. Elyn earned All-Conference honors in golf the past three seasons, while adding an All-State honor in 2024.
Elyn also takes her academics seriously, carrying a 4.0 GPA with High Honor Roll honors each of the last three years. She ranks first in her class for cumulative GPA.
At Eastern, Elyn plans to major in Exercise Science.
Personal
She is the daughter of Kylah and Trent Bowers. Elyn has one brother, Teagan.
