2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Advanced to the Big Sky Conference Championships in the high jump, setting a personal best of 5-6 (eighth-best in school history) and finishing in sixth place. At the Whitworth H.I.R. Invite, Oates set PRs in the 200 meters (32.22) and long jump (12-10 1/2).

2019-20 Track & Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. She competed in the high jump at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, but no-heighted. Her career best of 5-5 3/4 in the shot put at the Boise State Challenge ranks in a five-way tie for eighth all-time at EWU.

2018-19 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Oats competed in the high jump during the Big Sky Track & Field Championships and placed 14th with a new personal-best height of 5-3. Oats also competed in the high jump at the Spokane Memorial 2019, finishing second with a height of 5-1. At the Al Manuel Northwest Challenge, Oats placed third in the high jump with a height of 4-9 3/4.
Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. At the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open, Oats placed eighth in the high jump with a height of 5-1/4. Oats competed in the long jump at the Candy Cane XI and placed third with a new personal-best distance of 5-2 1/2.

Personal: Majoring in children's studies (child services).
