2017-2018 Track and Field:
Outdoor: Placed second at the Pelluer Invitational in the pole vault with a vault of 12-2 3/4. At the OSU High Performance Meet she placed third with a vault of 12-6. At the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships she placed third with a vault of 12-8 1/4. Indoor: Placed first in the pole vault at the Candy Cane with a vault of 12-10 3/4. Set a personal best in the pole vault with a vault of 13-3 placing first at the Big Sky Indoor Championships.

2016-17 Track and Field: Outdoor: Finished second in the pole vault at the 45th Pelluer Invitational with a clearance of 12-7 1/2. Also took third at Al Manuel Northwest Invitational with mark of 12-6. Indoor: Took fourth in the pole vault at the Big Sky Championships with a mark of 12-9. Also earned first at the Vandal Indoor Invitational with a clearance of 11-11 1/4.

2015-16 Track and Field: Outdoor: As a freshman, competed at the Big Sky Championship in the pole vault, finishing in fifth with a jump of 12-1 1/2. Four top-five finishes in the pole vault, including first place at the Pelluer. Indoor: Placed ninth at the Big Sky Indoor Championship with a mark of 12-2 1/2. Personal best of 12-5 1/2 in the pole vault with a second place finish at the Candy Cane VII.

High School: During her senior year at Tigard HS, Prouty competed at the 6A Track and Field Championships in the pole vault where she had a height of 11-9, placing first in state. She recorded her personal best in the pole vault with a height of 12-6 at the Lakeridge dual track meet where she placed first. Prouty also competed in the pole vault with the Willamette Striders Track Club in 2012, 2013, and 2015. During her 2012 season, Prouty competed at the Portland Track Festival where she had a height of 8-6 in the 13-14 age range. In 2013, Prouty competed at the Track City Classic at the University of Oregon where she placed first in the 15-16 age range with a height of 12-1 1/4. She attended the Junior Olympics State Meet during her 2015 season where she placed first in the 17-18 year age range with a height of 10-11 3/4. Prouty also made appearances at the USATF NW Club Championship, Oregon USATF JO Championships, and USATF Region 13 Junior Olympic Track and Field Championships during her 2012 season where she placed first in each meet.
