2017-2018 Track and Field: Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 400 with a time of 1:03.84 at the Pelluer Invitational. At the Spokane Memorial meet she placed second in the 400 and sixth in the 200. She was a part of 4x400 at the OSU High Performance Meet that took fifth with a time of 4:09.55. She finished seventh in the 200 and ninth in the 400 at the Tom Gage Classic.

2016-17 Track and Field: Outdoor: Was a part of the 4x400 relay team that took eighth at the Big Sky Championships with a 3:51.50 time. Also took second at the CWU Final Qualifier in the 400, finishing in 1:01.1. Indoor: Took 11th in the 4x400 relay team at the Big Sky Championships finish it in 3:56.18. Day placed 11th at the Idaho Duals in the 200, finishing in 26.91.

2015-16 Track and Field: Outdoor: First place in the 400-meter at Buc Scoring with a time of 1:00.06 Second place in 4x400 at War 9. Indoor: Competed in the 55-meter, 60-meter, 200, and 400 in six meets.

2014-15 Track and Field: Outdoor: 400-meter personal best at Sam Adams Classic with second place and 56.99 time.  Part of first place 4x100 team at Buc Scoring with a time of 47.87. Indoor: Personal bests in the 60-meter dash and 200-meter with times of 8.00 and 26.46, respectively. First place in 400-meter at Idaho Indoor. Third place in Distance Medley Relay at Big Sky Indoor Championship.

2013-14 Track and Field: Indoor: Day placed second in the 55-meter dash at the Candy Cane Invite with a time of 7.52. She had a season best of 26.49 in the 200 at the UW Indoor Preview. At the Vandal Indoor meet, she ran 58.42 in the 400. She competed on the 4x400 meter relay team at the BSC Championships that placed 11th with a time of 3:55.32. Outdoor: Day had two personal bests at the Dusty Lane Invite in the 200 (25.88) and the 400 (59.04) to place first and second, respectively. At the MSU Outdoor Open meet in Bozeman, Mont., she competed on the 4x100 meter relay team that ran a time of 49.87 to place fourth.

High School: After placing third in the 400 at the last two WIAA 2A State Championships, Day moved up to place second at the 2013 state meet, running a personal best of 56.98. She also placed sixth in the 200 at the state finals, running 25.93. Day has been an All-Greater Northern League selection in each season for the 400, 200, 4x200 and 4x400. She has also been named female sprinter of the year in 2011 and 2012. Her other personal bests came in the 200 (25.65), 100 (13.24) and 800 (2:19.80).

Personal: Undecided major. Born 9/14/94 in Yakima, Wash. Her parents are Jay and Esperanza Perez-Day. Her father, Jay, played football for the Eagles in 1992 and 1995. Her mother attended Eastern and her relatives Alexa Shaw and Katie Haslebacher currently attend EWU. She is also related to Ray Allen of the NBA’s Miami Heat.
