2017-2018 Track and Field: Outdoor: Set a personal best in the triple jump with a mark of 32-5 placing her fourth overall. She also placed second in the high jump, 14th in the long jump and 24th in the 200 at the Buc Scoring Meet. At the Al Manuel North West Duals she set a personal best in the long jump with a jump of 15-9 placing her ninth. She finished fifth in the high jump at the Pelluer Invitational. At the OSU High Performance Meet she placed tenth overall in the high jump with a jump of 5-2. Indoor: At the Vandal Indoor Invitational she placed fifth in the high jump. She placed seventh in the high jump at the Idaho Duals. At the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships she placed 20th overall with a jump of 5-2.

2016-17 Track and Field: Outdoor: Earned second at the 2017 Buc Scoring Meet in the high jump with a mark of 5-0 1/4. She also took first in the same event at the CWU Final Qualifier with a personal-best jump of 5-4 1/4. Indoor: Earned 14th at the Big Sky Championships in the high jump with a mark of 5-3 1/4.

2015-16 Track and Field: Outdoor: Finished second in the high jump at the Buc Scoring Invite, and finished third at the Pelluer with a jump of 5-3 3/4. Competed at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the high jump. Indoor: Recorded a personal best high jump of 5-5 at the MSU, UM, SSU, EWU meet.

2014-15 Track and Field: Indoor: Redshirt. Outdoor: Finished fourth in the high jump at the Sam Adams Classic. Season best high jump of 5-1 at the Pelluer Invite.  

High School: Grunst qualified for the WIAA 2B State Championships all four years at Oroville High School, with her highest finish of third her senior year with a jump of 5-0. Her personal best in the high jump is 5-3. She also qualified for the state championships in the triple and long jump throughout her career. Her personal best in the triple jump is 32-0 3/4. She placed 10th at state in the long jump her senior year with a jump of 15-2 3/4. She was also a four-year letterwinner in soccer and two-year letterwinner in basketball.

Personal: Intends to major in exercise science with aspirations of becoming a physical therapist. Born 7/12/96 and grew up in Oroville, Wash. Her parents are William and Patricia Grunst.
