2022-2023 Track & Field: Indoor: Represented EWU at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships where she set a personal best in the weight throw where she placed 7^th with a throw of 56-8.

2021-2022 Track & Field: Indoor: Represented EWU at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the shot put where she set a personal record for herself, placing sixth with a distance of 44-10 3/4.

2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Advanced to the Big Sky Conference Championships for three throwing events. Paller competed in the shot put where she finished seventh overall to score two points for the team, and earn an all-time personal record of 44-9 1/4. She also competed in the hammer finishing 18th with a mark of 155-4, and finished 24th in the discus with a mark of 121-7. Prior to the championships, Paller had a PR in the discus at the Al Manuel Invitational (140-1), and a PR in the hammer at the WAR 14 Invitational (164-8).

2019-20 Track & Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. She finished ninth in the weight throw at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, with a career-best throw of 55-11 3/4. She also placed 19th in the shot put with a performance of career best of 40-10 1/4.

Olympic College: She competed in the NWAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships both her freshman and sophomore year at Olympic College. As a sophomore, Paller placed first in the hammer throw at 155-8 1/2. She also placed second in the shot put and ninth in the discus with marks of 40-10 1/4 and 106-11 1/2, respectively. At the NWAC Championships her freshman year she placed first in the shot put (39-8), discus (129-8) and hammer throw (160-2). Her mark in the hammer of 160-2 inches set her personal best and set the new Olympic College record. 
 
High School: Graduated from Shelton HS in 2017. Paller started competing in the discus, javelin, and the shot put her junior year. During her first year, Paller advanced to the 3A WCD3/SWD4 District Meet in the shot put and finished 13th with a mark of 31-9 1/4. As a senior, Paller finished sixth in the javelin with a personal best mark of 105-6 at the WCD/SWD 3A Championships. At the same meet she finished seventh in the discus with a mark of 108-5, just six inches short of her personal best. She set her personal best in the shot put of 37-0 1/2 as a senior.

Personal: Majoring in environmental science with an emphasis in environmental biology.
