- Set a personal best in the 60-meter hurdles at the Spokane Indoor Challenge, finishing 1st with a time of 8.37.
- This performance set a new EWU Women’s All-Time Indoor 60-meter Hurdles record.
- Competed in the 4x400-meter Relay at the Spokane Indoor Challenge, finishing 4th with a time of 3:52.74.
- This performance ranked 10th on EWU Women’s All-Time Indoor 4x400-meter Relay.
- Set a personal best in the 200-meters at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial, finishing 4th with a time of 25.19.
- Set a personal best in the 400-meters at the UW Invite (Mile City), finishing 2nd with a time of 56.30.

- Represented EWU at the Big Sky Outdoor Championship, competing in the:
- 100-meter hurdles finishing 5th with a time of 13.94.
- During the preliminaries, set a personal best in the 100-meter hurdles, finishing 5th with a time of 13.76. This performance ranked 2nd on EWU Women’s All-Time Outdoor 100-meter Hurdles.
- 400-meter hurdles finishing 7th with a time of 1:02.40.
- 4x400-meter relay finishing 10th with a time of 3:59.38.

- Indoor:
- Big Sky All-Academic Team (Winter).
- Competed at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships.
- Ran her fastest time in the 200-m (25.77) at the Inland Northwest Invitational where she finished 5th.
- Set a personal best in the 60-m hurdles (8.64) where she placed 1st.
- This performance ranked 3rd on EWU All-Time Women's Indoor 60-Meter Hurdles.
- Recorded a time of 3:49.83 in the 4x400 relay with teammates Hayden McAuliff, Haven Nutting, and Faith Kennedy.
- This performance ranked 2nd on EWU All-Time Women's Indoor 4x400 Meter Relay.
- Outdoor:
- Represented EWU at the 2023 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track Meeting where she set a personal record in the 400-meter hurdles (1:01.71, 5th).
- Ran her fastest time in the 100-meter hurdles at the Beach Invitational 2023 where she finished 31st with a time of 14.27.
- Recorded a time of 46:80 in the 4x100 relay with teammates Sydney Thweatt, Madelyn Knight, and Samiah Kuntz.
- This performance ranked 9th on EWU All-Time Women's Outdoor 4x100 Meter Relay.
- Recorded a time of 3:50.27 in the 4x400 relay with teammates Hayden McAuliff, Sydney Thweatt, and Faith Kennedy.
- This performance ranked 6th on EWU All-Time Woman's Outdoor 4x400 Meter Relay.

2021-2022 Track & Field
- Indoor:
- Represented EWU at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in two events, the 60m hurdles where she ran a personal best of 9.01 and finished 13th as well as the 4x400-meter relay (1:01.79).
- Her best 400m finish of the year came at the WSU Open where she placed 32nd with a time of 1:02.38 for an indoor personal best.
- Outdoor:
- Competed in four events at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships, in the 400m placing tenth with a personal best of 1:04.06, she ran in the 100 hurdles (14.59, 2nd), the 4x100 relay (48.14) and in the 4x400 relay (3:52.21).
- At the CWU Wildcat Invitational, she ran her fastest time in the 100m hurdles outdoor where she placed second with a time of 14.59.
2020-2021 Track & Field
- Outdoor:
- Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
- Advanced to the Big Sky Conference Championships where she competed in the heptathlon.
- Prior to the championships, Knight competed in the Big Foot Multi-event Meet where she finished second, and set a personal record of 4,749 points.
- This performance moved her onto Eastern’s all-time top-10 list at No. 4.
- She had PR’s in the 400-meter hurdles (1:06.12), shot put (32-4 1/4), 100-meter hurdles (14.83), 200 meters (26.21), 800 meters (2:28.63), and the javelin (96-1).
- Additionally, Knight’s 100-meter hurdles PR of 14.83 moved her onto the top-10 list at No. 5.
2019-2020 Track & Field
- Indoor:
- Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
- She placed ninth in the pentathlon at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, with a mark of 3,284 to rank eighth all-time at EWU.
- Knight also competed in the long jump in the regular portion of the meet and placed 24th with a mark of 16-6.
- She had a time of 9.37 in the prelims of the 60-meter hurdles in the regular portion of the meet to rank 19th and miss the finals.
- Her career best of 18-4 1/2 in the long jump at the Candy Cane XII Open ranks 12th all-time at EWU.
- She is also ranked 14th in the 60-meter hurdles with a mark of 9.23 at the Boise State Challenge.
- Her career best time of 26.54 in the 200 came in a 28th-place finish during the same meet.
High School
- Graduated from Walla Walla HS in 2019.
- In her senior season, Knight competed in the 4A WIAA State Track and Field Championships.
- She placed sixth in the 100 meter hurdles at 15.20.
- In the 300 meter hurdles she placed seventh with a mark of 47.11.
- Also, she placed 11th in the long jump with a distance of 16-6.
- Her personal bests in the 100 meter hurdles, 300 meter hurdles, and the long jump were 15.18, 45.70, and 17-4.
