2019-2020 Track and Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team for the fourth time in her indoor career. She placed 12th in the weight throw at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, with a mark of 54-8 1/4.

2018-2019 Track & Field: Outdoor: Was named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. At the Big Sky Track & Field Championships, Doepker won the javelin with a new personal-best distance of 154-8, which ranks ninth on Eastern’s all-time outdoor bests list. She placed third in the hammer throw at the Oregon State High Performance Meet with a personal-best distance of 194-6, which ranks fourth in EWU history. Doepker placed second in the discus throw at the Pelluer Open with a new personal best of 148-6.
Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Doepker competed in the weight throw at the Big Sky Track & Field Championships and placed fourth with a new best of 59-4 3/4, which ranks seventh on Eastern’s All-Time Indoor Bests list. She competed at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge and placed second in the weight throw with a distance of 57-11. Doepker also competed in the weight throw at the MSU Dual Invite #2 and placed second with a distance of 58-6 3/4.

2017-2018 Track and Field: Outdoor: Finished second in the hammer, third in the discus and fourth in the javelin at the Buc Scoring Meet. At the Pelluer Invitational she placed second in the hammer, fourth in the discus and fifth in the javelin. She set a personal best in the hammer with a throw of 175-10 placing her 30th overall at the Beach Invitational. At the OSU High Performance Meet she set her personal best in the discus with a throw of 141-7 to finish fifth, and was also fifth in the javelin with a throw of 149-3. Finished third in the javelin with a throw of 147-10 at the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships. At the NCAA West Preliminary Round she finished 28th overall. Indoor: Placed second in the weight throw at the Candy Cane. At the Vandal Indoor Invitational she finished first in the weight throw with a throw of 52-4. She set a personal best in the weight throw with a throw of 56-2 winning the 2018 Idaho Duals. She placed seventh overall in the weight throw at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships.

2016-17 Track and Field: Outdoor: Redshirt. Indoor: Placed 15th at the Big Sky Championships in the weight throw, with a mark of 52-2 1/2. Her personal-best was at the Idaho Duals, placing third with a mark of 52-3 3/4.
 
2015-16 Track and Field: Outdoor: Personal best in the discus of 126-2 at the OSU High Performance meet, and personal best in the javelin with a mark of 126-6. Finished in fourth place in the hammer throw at the OSU meet with a personal best of 161-8.

High School: During her senior year at Walla Walla High School, Doepker recorded a personal best in the shot put at the Lewiston Invitational with a throw of 39-1 1/2. She competed in three events at the 4A State Track and Field Championships in Tacoma including the shot put with a throw of 39-0 1/4, the discus with a throw of 130-10, and the javelin with a throw of 126-3. Her personal bests in the discus and javelin came in 2014 when she had distances of 131-1 and 138-8, respectively.
