2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Redshirted. Did not compete.

2019-20 Track & Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. She finished in 10th place in the pentathlon at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, with 3,279 points. Her mark was well below her season best of 3,410 which ranks fifth in EWU history. On the next day, she was 13th in the high jump with a mark of 5-2 1/2. One day after that, she was 17th in the triple jump with a mark of 35-7 1/4. Her career best of 5-5 3/3 in the high jump of 5-5 3/4 ranks in a five-way tie for eighth all-time at EWU. Thareek also had a career-best mark of 38-6 1/4 in the triple jump at Candy Cane XII Open to rank seventh all-time at EWU. She is also 15th in the 60-meter hurdles with a mark of 9.24 at the Big Sky Conference Championships. Her best career shot put of 30-10 1/4 came during the pentathlon competition at the UW Invitational.

2018-19 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Thareek placed 16th in the high jump at the Big Sky Track & Field Championships with a new personal best of 5-3. She placed fourth in the heptathlon with a new best score of 4,212 at the Pelluer Open. Thareek competed in the high jump at the 2019 Buc Scoring Meet and placed first with a distance of 5-2 ½.
Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. During the Big Sky Track & Field Championships, Thareek placed 15th in the high jump with a personal-best height of 5-3. Thareek competed in the 60-meter hurdles at the MSU Dual Invite #2 and placed 23rd with a new personal-best time of 9.70. At the Candy Cane XI, Thareek placed third in the long jump with a new personal best of 18-3. During the same event, she finished sixth in the pentathlon with a new personal best of 3,029.

High School: Graduated from Auburn HS in 2018. Thareek advanced to the State 4A Championships in the high jump three of her four seasons in high school. Her best finish at State came during her freshman year when she cleared a height of 5-4 and finished in third place. During her freshman year, she also took fourth in the 300-meter hurdles at the State 4A Championships with a time of 45.18. As a sophomore, Thareek advanced to State in the 100-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles, and the high jump. She finished third with a time of 15.09, fourth with a time of 45.07, and fifth with a mark of 5-2 in those three events, respectively. Thareek’s personal best in the high jump came in her sophomore year at the Bellevue Track & Field Invitational with a winning mark of 5-6. She capped her high school career with a fourth-place finish in the high jump at the State 4A Championships with a clearance of 5-4. Thareek also had bests in high school in the 100-meter hurdles (14.90), 200 meters (27.68), and in the 300-meter hurdles (45.07).
