2019-2020 Track and Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. She finished third at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, to earn All-Big Sky honors and help lead a 2-3-4-6 EWU finish in the pole vault. After both entered with the top performances in the league at 13-5 1/4 to rank third in EWU history, Raines and teammate Savannah Schultz each had performances of 12-10 3/4 in Pocatello. Schultz finished as the runner-up based on less misses. Raines also had a time of 7.77 in the prelims of the 60 meters in the regular portion of the meet to rank 15th and miss the finals. That time ranks 12th all-time in EWU history

2018-2019 Track & Field: Outdoor: Was named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Raines placed first and earned all-league honors in the pole vault at the Big Sky Track & Field Championships with a new best of 13-4 ½, which ranks fourth on Eastern’s all-time outdoor bests list. Raines also won the pole vault at the Spokane Memorial 2019 with a height of 13-1 3/4. She placed second in the pole vault at the Oregon State High Performance Meet with a height of 12-7 ½. 
Indoor: Also was named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. At the Big Sky Track & Field Championships, Raines placed second in the pole vault with a new personal best of 13-2 1/2, which ranks fifth on Eastern’s all-time indoor bests list. Raines competed in the 60-meter race and placed fourth with a new best time of 7.96 at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge. At the Candy Cane XI, Raines competed in the 55 meters and finished second with a new personal-best time of 7.29.

2017-2018 Track and Field: Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 200 with a time of 27.02 placing fifth at the Sam Adams Classic. At the Beach Pacific Coast Intercollegiate she set a personal best in the 100 with a time 12.55. Set a personal best in the pole vault with a vault of 12-9 1/2 at the Beach Invitational. At the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships she placed sixth in the pole vault and was a part of the 4x100 team that placed fourth. Indoor: Placed first in the pole vault at the Vandal Indoor Invitational with a vault of 11-11 1/4. At the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships she placed fifth with a vault of 12-5 1/4.

2016-17 Track and Field: Outdoor: Redshirt. Indoor: Finished fourth in pole vault at the Candy Cane X with a clearance of 12-0 3/4. Also finished fourth in the 55-meter dash with a final time of 7.41.

2015-16 Track and Field: Outdoor: Finished seventh at the Big Sky Championship in the pole vault with a mark of 11-7 3/4. Personal best of 12.90 in the 100-meter at the Al Manuel, finishing eighth. First place in the 4x100-meter relay at the Buc Scoring Invite. Indoor: Competed in the Big Sky Championship in the pole vault, placing 10th. Personal best of 12-0 1/2 in the pole vault at the UW Indoor. Personal best in the 60-meter with a time of 7.99.

High School: during her senior year, Raines achieved personal bests in the 100-meter dash and the pole vault. In the 100, she ran her personal best time of 12.51 at the 3A State Track and Field Championships, placing sixth overall. She also competed in the pole vault (fourth place), the 4x200 meter relay (third), and the 4x100 meter relay (second) at State that year. Her personal best in the pole vault was achieved at the Pasco, Southridge, Chiawana meet at Kamiakin High School where she had a height of 12-6. She achieved personal best in the long jump (12-2 1/2) her freshman year and the 200-meter dash (26.66) her sophomore year. Raines also competed at state her sophomore year in the 4x200 relay (second), and her junior year in the pole vault (fifth), and 4x200 relay (first).
