2019-2020 Track and Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. She had a time of 58.99 in the prelims of the 400 at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, to rank 13th and miss the finals. Her career best of 41.63 in the 300 meters at the WSU Open ranks second all-time at EWU behind the record of 39.6 set by Lisa Sorrell in 1979. Her time of 1:39.58 in the 600 at Candy Cane XII Open also ranks second in school history, ranking behind the record of 1:35.70 set by Leanna Asper in 2017.

2018-2019 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Bowles placed 16th in the preliminaries of the 200-meter race at the Big Sky Track & Field Championships with a new best time of 25.64. Bowles placed 86th in the 100 meters at the Beach Invitational with a new personal-best time of 12.88.
Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. At the WSU Track & Field Meet, Bowles competed in the 60-meter race and placed third with a personal-best time of 8.02. She competed in the 55 meters at the Candy Cane XI, placing fourth with a new personal best of 7.47.

2017-2018 Track and FIeld: Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 100 with a personal best of 13.08 at the Buc Scoring Meet. Was a part of the 4x200 team that placed first at the Pelluer Invitational with a time of 1:47.16. She also took fourth in the 400 and eighth in the 200. At the OSU High Performance Meet she was a part of the 4x400 team that took fifth. She placed 16th in the 400 at the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Indoor: Finished sixth place with a personal best of 7.76 in the 55 at the Candy Cane Meet. At the WSU Open she placed second in the 300 with a personal best of 41.63. Finished 20th in the 400 with a personal best of 57.73 at the Husky Classic. At the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships she placed 22nd in the 200 with a personal best of 25.38.

2016-17 Track and Field: Outdoor: Was part of the 4x100 relay team that earned first at the Oregon State University High Performance and Spokane Memorial Series. The same team also finished seventh at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships. Her personal best in the 200 meters was 25.91 while the best in the 400-meter was 57.86. Indoor: Placed 11th at the Big Sky Championships with the 4x400 relay team. Her personal bests were in the 200 with a time of 26.54, 400 with 1:00.22 and the 600 with 1:42.08.

High School: She had her career bests during her senior season at Bothell High School in the 400 (56.92), 200 (25.53), and the 100 (12.76). Bowles placed fifth in the 400 at the State 4A Championships as a senior in 2016, finishing with a time of 57.99 (57.79 in the prelims). She also competed at State in the 200 with a time of 26.18 in the prelims, and was the runner-up in that event and placed third in the 400 at the Kingco 4A League Championships. She also advanced to State as a junior in 2015 and placed sixth (57.79, 56.95 in the prelims). She competed on the school's 4x00 relay team which placed eighth at State in 2014 after recording a time of 48.12 in the prelims, as well as her junior season when the squad had a time of 49.01 in the State prelims. She was the team MVP for women’s sprints in 2016 while also serving as a team captain.

Personal: Daughter of Craig and Sandra Bowles … Communicatons studies major at EWU with the career goal of working for Nike or Adidas.
