2022-2023 Track & Field: Indoor: Competed at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships where she set a personal best in the weight throw placing 15
th with a throw of 51-9 ¼.
2021-2022 Track & Field: Indoor: Competed in seven events. Represented EWU at the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the 400m (59.05, 12
th) and the 4x400-meter relay (4:01.79, 8
th). Her best 400m finish of the year came at the Idaho Team Challenge where she placed second with a time of 58.92 for an indoor personal best. At the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open, she ran her fastest 200m time of the season in 26.22 to finish fifth.
Outdoor: Competed in two events at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships, placing 13
th in the 400m prelims with a time of 59.97, and helped the 4x400-meter relay place fifth with a time of 3:52.21. Her best 400m race of the season came at the Al Manuel Invitational where she finished fourth overall with a time 58.66. At the Oregon State High Performance meet, she clocked 25.91 in the 200m to finish 13
th.
2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Had a career best in the hammer at the Whitworth Twilight Invitational with a mark of 137-8. She also had a PR in the shot put at the OSU High Performance Meet (38-0), and a PR in the discus at the Sam Adams Classic with a mark of 129-7.
High School: Graduated from Edmonds-Woodway HS in 2020. She placed fourth at the 2019 WIAA State 3A Championships in the discus with a personal-best throw of 129-1. She also advanced to the State 3A Championships as a sophomore in the discus when the Warriors placed sixth in the 3A ranks. Her best of 37-5 in the shot put came at the 2019 Wesco 3A South Championships when she finished as the runner-up. She was coached in high school by Brent McAfee. Keyes also wrestled in high school, earning a runner-up finish in 2020 and fourth-place finish in 2019 at the WIAA Girls’ Mat Classic Championships. She became the first female from her school to medal in wrestling, and she also advanced to the championships as a sophomore. She lettered four times each in track and field and wrestling in high school, as well as twice in swimming.

Personal: Interested in majoring in nursing at EWU with hopes to go into pediatrics. Born 3/7/20 in Seattle, Wash. Her mother is Anja Keyes. Her sister, Vernice Keyes, is currently on Eastern’s track and field roster and earned All-Big Sky Conference honors in 2020 in the weight throw. She placed third at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, with a throw of 61-8 1/2 to move into fifth on EWU’s all-time leaders list. She also competed indoors in the 2018-19 season and outdoors in 2017-18 after graduating from Edmonds-Woodway in 2017.
