2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Advanced to the NCAA Preliminary Round where she competed in the hammer and finished 40th overall with 182-11. Keyes competed in the Big Sky Conference Championships and earned All-Big Sky Honors in the hammer with a second-place finish of 181-4. She also competed in the discus and threw 126-4 finishing 22nd overall. Prior to the championships, Keyes had an all-time personal record in the hammer of 198-2 at the OSU High Performance Meet. This mark earned her a place on Eastern’s all-time top-10 list at No. 3.
2019-20 Track & Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. She finished third in the weight throw at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, to earn All-Big Sky honors. Keyes won her first All-Big Sky honor with a throw of 61-8 1/2 to move into fifth on EWU's all-time leaders list. She had entered third in the competition with a mark of 59-7 at the UW Invitational where she placed third. She won that event at the Candy Cane XII, the Vandal Open, the Idaho Open and the Idaho Team Challenge.
2018-19 Track & Field: Outdoor: Redshirted. Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. At the MSU Dual Invite #2, Keyes participated in the weight throw and placed third with a new personal-best distance of 57-5 1/2, which at the time ranked 11th on Eastern’s all-time indoor bests list. Keyes competed in the shot put and placed 10th with a new best of 35-9 1/4 at the Candy Cane XI.
2017-18 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. She advanced to the Big Sky Championships in both the discus and hammer. Her bests of 158-3 in the hammer and 35-3 1/4 in the shot put came at the Sam Adams Classic, and she had her best of 142-10 in the discus at the Tom Gage Classic. Indoor: Redshirted.
Indoor:
High School: Keyes capped her senior season by placing second in the discus and finishing seventh in the shot put at the State 3A Championships. She had a throw of 132-9 in the discus and a personal-best 37-7 3/4 in the shot. The best discus throw of her career of 138-7 came at the Lake Washington Invitational, and later in the season she won the 3A Northwest District title with a mark of 134-3. She was also second in the state as a junior in the discus with a season-best throw of 127-7.
