Marcus was promoted to Director of Football Operations by head coach Aaron Best in June of 2025. The 2025 season will be Marcus' fifth year working with the program.
Marcus joined EWU football prior to the 2021 season and has worked in a variety of roles for the team. He began as a video assistant (2021-23) and moved up to on-campus recruiting coordinator prior to the 2024 season. Marcus also added the title of assistant director of football operations for the '24 season.Â
Originally from Bainbridge Island, Wash., Marcus graduated from Eastern in June of '25 with his bachelors degree in communications.
Marcus' parents, Lisa and Michael, are Eastern alumni, while his sister, Stella, is currently a senior at EWU as well.Â
