At a Glance
Gleason joined EWU in 2021 and secured a 10-game win improvement between her first and second years at the helm, turning the program into a conference championship contender. Prior to her time in Cheney, she had impactful coaching tenures at SeattleU, Humboldt State and Butte Community College, achieving tremendous success at each. Gleason-led teams have earned conference titles and NCAA tournament appearances. She has helped more than 20 players take home all-conference honors and three earn All-American distinctions. As a player, Gleason was a Kodak All-American at Chico State and held several program records at the time of her departure.


2024-25

  • As a player at Chico State (maiden name Vossler), was named Northern California Athletic Conference Player of the Year and Kodak All-American after averaging 18.2 points per game as a senior in 1993. Gleason is currently second on Chico's all-time scoring list after breaking the program's record while she was a student-athlete.
