CHENEY, Wash.-- The Eastern Washington women's tennis team competed against fellow Big Sky Conference opponent, Northern Colorado, to a victory of 7-0 today (Feb. 23) at home. After today's match against the Bears, the Eagles remain undefeated with a 2-0 record in Big Sky play and sit at 4-4 overall.

"I think this was a very good conference win for the team today," said head coach 
Dustin Hinson. "Our performance was really good top to bottom in doubles and in singles. We did a great job of focusing on what we do best and continuing to depend on those strengths from start to finish in each match. Our effort was excellent and we responded well to mistakes when they did happen. We are building confidence as a team and looking to continue our momentum into next weekend's conference road matches."
