The Eastern Washington University football team concludes spring practices on Saturday with a special "Lil EKG Day" for kids pre-school through eighth grade in conjunction with the Red-White Game this Saturday (April 27).
The Red-White Spring Football Game is at noon at Roos Field, with two teams split evenly via a draft. That game is free and open to the public, and is being televised live by SWX.
Right after the spring game, the football team will invite children ages pre-school to eighth grade down to "The Inferno" to run a few drills and obstacle courses with players. That gathering for "Eastern Kind of Guys/Gals" will be followed by an autograph session.
During the game, there will be a children's area in the South end zone of Roos Field near the scoreboard. Several inflatables provided by Entertainment Warehouse will be open free for children to enjoy.
The afternoon proceedings at Roos Field precedes the 38th Annual Orland Killin Dinner, Dance and Auction which begins at 4:30 p.m. at Reese Court.
