McClellan was instrumental in helping the Eagles win both games. In the first match, the Eagles went on a 6-0 run to close out the game in set five. Three points came from McClellan, including back-to-back kills to finish off the set.
In Eastern's second win over the Griz, she helped the Eagles come back from a 2-0 deficit, hammering down seven of EWU's 14 kills in set three and four kills in the fifth and final set, including the game-winner.
McClellan hails from San Carlos, Calif., and transferred in after one season at Nevada. She currently leads the Eagles with 2.67 kills per set, totaling 112 on the year. She has notched double-digit kills in six out of Eastern's 11 matches so far, leading the team in four.
