The Eagles have met with North Dakota six times and Louisiana only once. Eastern plays North Dakota on Friday, September 9 at 3 p.m. Pacific Time and Louisiana on Sunday, September 11 at 1 p.m., at EWU Soccer Field.

Missy Strasburg on her second season with Eastern Washington, this will be her first matchups with North Dakota and Louisiana.
Insight on North Dakota:
With a record of 2-3-1, North Dakota is coming into Eastern with a two-game losing streak. As a team, they have a total of six goals, one goal per game, and 10.8 shots per game. Offensively for North Dakota, Irene Jirasevijinda, Bailey McNitt, and Hannah Olson are tied with three points each on the season. Olson leads the team with 18 total shots and seven shots on goal, while getting herself one assist. McNitt is right behind her with 11 total shots, three shots on goal, and leads the team with three assists.
This will the seventh time Eastern Washington and North Dakota meet. The last visit was back in October of 2017, as the Eagles won 2-1 in overtime and brought their record to 5-1 overall against the Fighting Hawks.
Insight on Louisiana:
The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns will be coming into Eastern with a record of 1-1-3. Their away record is 0-1-2 as they are coming off of a tie against Abilene Christian University. Louisiana has a total of six goals, averaging 1.2 goals a game, with 14.2 shots per game. Hailly Waterhouse leads the team with four total points, 15 shots, and two goals on the season. Waterhouse also setting game highs for the team in points, goals, and shots. She collected four points, two goals, and eight shots against Stephen F. Austin State University. Karleen Bedre is right behind Waterhouse with three total points, one goal and is tied with the team lead with one assist.
The first and only appearance Eastern Washington had against Louisiana came back in August of 2008, with a 1-1 tie in double overtime.

The first game will be against San Jose State in California on Thursday, September 16th at 7 p.m. Pacific Time.
