CHENEY, Wash. — With fall camp starting next Tuesday (July 30), Eastern Washington football announced the kickoff times for its six home games. The Big Sky conference also announced the game times for all conference games last Saturday during their media kickoff event at Northern Quest Resort and Casino.

"We're excited to give our fans more time to come together as a community and celebrate our university. We have more time to tailgate, along with our regional alumni and the youth football community more opportunities to attend our games with our later kickoff times," said EWU Director of Athletics Tim Collins. "Eastern is Spokane County's football team. We're looking forward to building on our tailgate tradition and game day experience with new fan amenities that will be announced in the coming days."
Gates for home games at Roos Field in Cheney will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
Parking lots and tailgate zones will open at 8 a.m. on game days. Tailgaters will have access to their spots starting at 6 p.m. the night prior to each home game similar to previous seasons.
Eastern Washington was picked sixth in the Big Sky preseason media poll and eighth in the coaches' poll. Senior Efton Chism III was named to the preseason All-Conference team, earning the most votes of any wide receiver in the conference.
The Eagles open the 2024 regular season on Aug. 29 vs. Monmouth! Season tickets for the 2024 football season are now available. Ticket packages can be purchased online via your Paciolan account, over the phone at 509-359-6059, or by emailing tickets@ewu.edu.
