FARMINGTON, Utah — The Big Sky Conference announced its All-Conference awards and list included a pair of Eagles.
Kourtney Grossman and
Ella Gallatin both earned second team All-Conference honors after contributing across the board for Eastern Washington.
Grossman gets her second career all-conference award after earning honorable mention last season. Gallatin earned her first all-conference award in her senior season.
As a sophomore, Grossman was a dominant two-way player, racking up 20 double-doubles to lead the Big Sky and tie for third in the NCAA. The Billings, Mont. native led the conference and ranks fifth in the nation with 12.8 rebounds per game. Earlier this season against Denver (12/3), Grossman had a career game, pulling down 23 rebounds, one shy of the Big Sky record and three shy of EWU's.
In EWU's game against Northern Arizona (2/28), Grossman broke the Big Sky single season record for rebounds with her 373rd. She currently has 398 rebounds this season, 24 behind the Eastern single-season record.
Grossman averaged 14.1 points per game, scoring in double figures in 26 games this season. She set a career-best against Portland State (2/21), scoring 24 points, adding 16 rebounds.
Grossman is also second on the team with 40 steals. She is shooting 43.3 from the floor this season, sixth in the Big Sky, and has a 79.0 free throw percentage, good for seventh in the conference.
Gallatin has made the most of her senior season, ranking fourth in the Big Sky with 15.1 points per game. She is shooting 42.3 percent on field goals - seventh in the conference - and 32.5 percent on three-point field goals. Gallatin averages 1.6 made threes per game to rank 10th in the Big Sky. In conference games, Gallatin averaged 18.2 points per game, placing her third on leaderboard. The senior has eight 20-point games this season and 26 total in double figures. Gallatin set a career-best this season with 26 points against Weber State (2/26) and in the last game against Idaho (3/2).
The Snohomish, Wash. native led Eastern and was third in the conference with 3.9 assists per game with 108 total this season. Gallatin set a career-best against Portland St. two weeks ago, tallying 10 against the Vikings. She earned her second career double-double after scoring 25 points in the win.
Eastern Washington travels to Boise, Idaho for the 2026 Big Sky Tournament as the No. 6 seed. The Eagles play the No. 3 seed Northern Colorado on Monday (March 9) at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time in the third round of the tournament at the ICCU Arena.
