Starks comes to Eastern Washington after an outstanding four-year career at Highland Ranch High School in Highland Ranch, Colorado … Listed as a 3-Star recruit by ESPN … Ranked the 80th-best guard in the nation by ESPN as a senior … Averaged 9.4 points a game during her senior season at Highlands Ranch … A two-time Colorado High School Athletic Association (CHSAA) Second Team All-State selection … Was invited to USA Under-17 tryouts following her sophomore season and has played in two tournaments put on by USA Basketball.

Personal

Starks chose to attend Eastern because of the beautiful campus and the women's basketball coaching staff … She intends to major in either exercise science or forensic science with the desire to become either a sports rehabilitation specialist or a forensic scientist.
