2016-17 | Freshman
Appeared in 32 games and made three starts as a true freshman… Led the team with 76 steals which ranked third in the Big Sky, averaging 2.4 per game… Averaged 20.1 minutes, 4.8 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists per contest… Ranked third on the team with 72 assists on the year… Ranked fifth on the team in points (153), field goals made (60), three-pointers made (14) and rebounds (100)… Scored 16 points and added seven rebounds against Drake… Had six assists against Multnomah and recorded five steals against Weber State... Selected to the All-Big Sky Academic Team.

Starks comes to Eastern Washington after an outstanding four-year career at Highland Ranch High School in Highland Ranch, Colorado … Listed as a 3-Star recruit by ESPN … Ranked the 80th-best guard in the nation by ESPN as a senior … Averaged 9.4 points a game during her senior season at Highlands Ranch … A two-time Colorado High School Athletic Association (CHSAA) Second Team All-State selection … Was invited to USA Under-17 tryouts following her sophomore season and has played in two tournaments put on by USA Basketball.

Personal
Starks chose to attend Eastern because of the beautiful campus and the women's basketball coaching staff … She intends to major in either exercise science or forensic science with the desire to become either a sports rehabilitation specialist or a forensic scientist.
