2019 | Freshman
Appeared in 17 sets and 10 matches as a freshman before being sidelined with a season-ending knee injury… Totaled 16 kills with a career-best five against Portland State (Sept. 27)… Earned seven total blocks, with a career-best two on two separate occasions, averaging .41 blocks per set… Also collected four digs.
High School
Leah McAdams will join the Eagles as a true freshman that hails from Tucson, Ariz., where she played volleyball all four years at Sabino High School.

On the court, McAdams was named First-Team All-State for three consecutive years beginning as a sophomore. In addition to receiving the Sabino High School Special Recognition for outstanding athletic achievement, she was also named the Athlon Physical Therapy Female Athlete of the Year as a senior. McAdams also earned AIA First-Team honors as a sophomore, junior and senior.

Off the court, McAdams is a high-achiever academically. She earned a bronze award for three-consecutive semesters of straight-A’s as a sophomore, a silver award for five-consecutive semesters of straight-A’s as a junior and earned a gold award as a senior for seven consecutive semesters of straight-A’s. McAdams was recognized with several awards for her academics, including the United States Army Reserve National Scholar-Athlete award and the Leslie Agnew Women’s Athletic Scholarship Award. She was also an Arizona Interscholastic Association Scholar-Athlete nominee.
