Greg Hardin

Eastern Washington University head football coach, Aaron Best, has announced a new addition to the coaching staff in wide receivers coach, Greg Hardin, in February 2022.

Hardin will inherit an EWU receiving corps that averaged 412.31 receiving yards per game last season to go with 49 receiving touchdowns. He has had stops at Millersville University, Robert Morris University, and most recently Oregon State University.

Hardin served as a graduate assistant for the Beavers, where in addition to assisting with the wide receivers, he provided scouting reports, worked on weekly passing game concepts, ran scout defense and assisted in recruiting.

Prior to OSU, he spent three seasons at Robert Morris University as the wide receivers coach while assisting heavily with recruiting and academics.

At Millersville, he coached Kevin Wiggins to first and second team All-PSAC East Honors in 2016 and 2017 while serving as the wide receiver coach.

A former All-Big Sky wide receiver himself, Hardin played at the University of North Dakota from 2009 to 2013. He earned First Team All-Big Sky status in 2012 and 2013 and was a two-time Third Team All-American. In 2012, he won the CFPA FCS Elite Wide Receiver Award and spent a season with the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent in 2014 before playing a season in the CFL with the Saskatchewan Rough Riders.
