At a Glance: Brady joined the Eastern staff in July 2023 as an assistant coach after a five-year tenure as head coach at Bellevue College, where he led the Bulldogs to the NWAC Championship game twice and won in 2023, earning conference Coach of the Year honors. Prior to Bellevue, he was head coach at Shoreline Community College for two years, an assistant at Bellevue for five and an assistant at the University of the Redlands (D-III) for two. He played at the Redlands from 2003-06, including two years as captain, and (as of 2023) ranks 6th in program history in assists.

  • 72-60 overall record (35-36 NWAC), including a 47-17 (18-10) mark during his final two seasons.
  • Led the team to the 2023 NWAC Championship (85-71 over Everett), marking the program's first conference title in 30 years.
  • The Bulldogs also reached the conference title game in 2022, finishing as runner-up.

  • Led the program to it's fourth-ever North Region Championship in 2017.
