MicGuire Monson has joined Eastern with an impressive track record in basketball operations. Most recently, he served as a graduate assistant at Long Beach State, where he was instrumental in player development, booster relations, and navigating Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities. During his time at Long Beach, Monson helped the team secure an NCAA tournament appearance and Big West tournament champions.
 

Before his time at Long Beach State, Monson was a student assistant at Boise State. There, he contributed to player development and player relations, gaining valuable experience that has shaped his approach to coaching and team management. His comprehensive background in both on-court and off-court aspects of basketball makes him a significant asset to Eastern.

With his proven success and well-rounded skill set, Monson is well-positioned to make a positive impact on the Eagle basketball program and contribute to its future success.
