• Shot 55.1% (118-214) from the field, 36.7% (33-90) from three-point range and 72.2% (57-79) from the free throw line.
• Scored in double figures in 16 games, including a streak of five-straight from Dec. 10 to Dec. 29.
• Blocked 32 shots to lead the team and rank third in the Big Sky. Had a career-high four blocks against UC Davis (Dec. 17).

2021-22 (Freshman)

• Big Sky Conference Freshman of the Year.
• Selected to the Winter Big Sky Conference All-Academic team.
• Eastern’s 7th BSC Freshman of the Year honoree and the first since Bogdan Bliznyuk in 2015.
• Price joins the likes of Marc Axton (2002), Matt Nelson (2004), Rodney Stuckey (2006), Glen Dean (2010) and Venky Jois (2013).
• Started all 34 contests, averaging 27.9 minutes and 9.9 points per game.
• Scored in double figures 20 times, setting a career-high 19 points against Walla Walla (11/15/21) and scored 18 points at Sacramento State (2/26/22).
• Earned two double-doubles, coming consecutively at UC Davis (11 pts, 12 rebs) and against Walla Walla (19 pts, 11 rebs).

• Lists his hometown as Bury St. Edmunds, which is in the historic county of Suffolk in England.
• The website Hoopsfix.com selected him as a two-time Hoopsfix All-Star Classic selection.
• Played for the Essex Rebels of the NBL Division I in 2020-21 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
  • Averaged 11.8 points and 5.2 rebounds in an average of 24.5 minutes per game.
  • Sank 63 percent of his shots overall and averaged 1.4 3-pointers (25-of-80) per outing in helping Essex go 9-11.
• In the 2019-20 season playing for the Ipswich Basketball Academy, averaged 23.5 points, 12.4 rebounds and 2.7 blocked shots per game. Earned MVP honors in the Elite Basketball Academy League for the second-straight season. Coached in high school by Nick Drane.
• Represented England in the 2019 FIBA U-18 European Championships.
• Averaged 14.3 minutes, 5.6 points and 4.1 rebounds in seven games while also contributing six steals, five assists and a pair of blocked shots.
• Was heavily recruited, including by Southern California, Georgia Tech and Florida Gulf Coast.

Personal

• Born 10/1/01 in Bury St. Edmunds.
• Parents are Ian and Louise Price, and he has two sisters.
• He is believed to be the first Eastern men’s basketball player from Great Britain, at least the first since EWU went to NCAA Division I in the 1983-84 season.
  • Current women’s basketball player Milly Knowles is from Barrow-in-Furness, England (county of Cumbria), and former Eagle Julie Page was from Stockport, England (county of Chesire). Knowles played with Price’s sister, Maya Price, a forward at NCAA Division II Eckerd College in Florida.
