Biography
Jim Hayford on Brown: “Rocky is figuring out where his niche on this team will be. He brings some versatility that other players do not bring to our team. We expect him to be a defensive stopper. He’s extremely athletic, so that creates some opportunities offensively for us. He’s working hard to improve his perimeter game. Rocky has a lot of upside in his game that needs to be developed.”
2010-11: Played in 21 games as a reserve, he averaged 1.6 points and 2.1 rebounds per game, with a season-high nine points against New Hope (12/4/10). He had four rebounds on three occasions, including versus Idaho (11/27/10) when he had three points, four rebounds and a season-high three assists. He had a team-high three steals one game later versus Gonzaga (11/30/10). He finished with eight steals on the season and led the Eagles in that category on three occasions.
