Junior [2025-26]: Played in all 30 games with 28 starts, providing versatility and toughness on both ends of the floor … averaged 6.8 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.1 steals per game across 28.4 minutes per contest … exploded for a career-high 20 points against Sacramento State (3/2), going 4-5 from the field and a perfect 10-for-10 from the free throw line, the latter ranking among the Big Sky's individual bests for the season … poured in 15 points at Idaho (1/15) on 5-11 shooting with 4-for-4 from the charity stripe … scored 14 points at BYU (12/11), connecting on 3-of-6 from beyond the arc … posted a season-high 3 blocks against Weber State (1/31) and finished the season with 14 blocks, adding a two-way dimension to her perimeter game … recorded a career-high-tying 7 rebounds at Sacramento State (1/1) … shot 34.5% from the field and 82.7% from the free throw line, the latter a career best … tallied 33 steals and 14 blocks on the defensive end while drawing consistent minutes in conference play.

Sophomore [2024-25]: Played in all 31 games with 11 starts...Scored a career-high 11 points vs. Denver (12/4) and matched a season-best 5 rebounds twice… averaged 4.5 points and 2.8 rebounds … totaled 37 assists, 21 steals, and 14 blocks … shot 31.9% from the field, 34.6% from three, and 76.5% from the line.

Freshman [2023-24]: Played and started in 13 games for the Bengals… averaged 24.7 minutes per game... was 5-8 at the free throw line… collected 14 total rebounds and six assists... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team. 

Laurel High School: In high school, Aby competed on the basketball team, played soccer, and ran track. During her senior year, Alyse averaged 16.3 points, 5.9 rebounds which earned her Class A All-State and First Team All-Conference honors. The 5’11” guard finished with 72 assists, 101 steals, and 33 blocks. After capping off an outstanding senior campaign she was selected for the Montana-Wyoming All-Star Series girls’ team.

Personal: Alyse’s parents are Abby and Bart Aby and she has a brother, Eli.
