2011-12: Ojeda had a breakout junior year, starting all30 games for the Eagles and contributing 10.2 points per game on ateam-leading 46.1 field goal percentage…That scoring averagetripled her sophomore-year numbers…She led the team inrebounds, averaging 6.9 per game on the season, and 8.1 per game inconference play...She was the No. 1 shot blocker in the Big SkyConference and was among the top 60 nationally, averaging 1.7blocks per game…She posted a career-high four blocks on twodifferent occasions, and had two or more in 14 othergames…She also ranked among the top 10 in the Big Sky inrebounding and was 12th in steals…She registered sixdouble-doubles on the year and had 10 other games with double-digitpoints…Ojeda garnered Big Sky Conference Player of the Weekhonors for the first time in her career after leading Eastern to a75-67 win at Portland State (Jan. 21) with 18 points and 10rebounds…She posted a career-high 20 points on 8-of-11shooting in Eastern’s win at NAU (Jan. 7), and had acareer-high 15 rebounds, to go along with 12 points in the verynext game against Sac State (Jan. 12)… She played a majorrole in Eastern’s first-ever sweep of the Montana road trip,tallying a combined 28 points, 17 rebounds, four blocks, foursteals and two assists in the back-to-back wins at Montana (Jan.26) and Montana State (Jan. 28)…When Eastern played theMontana schools at home, Ojeda was even better with a combined 30points, 18 rebounds, six steals, two blocks and two assists in thetwo games, which were both wins for EWU…After a strongperformance on the road against Portland State, Ojeda deliveredagain in the home matchup with PSU (Feb. 23), as she contributed 17points, including a career-high nine free throws, and had 12rebounds and three steals…Ojeda had a few memorable outingsin the non-conference season as well, including a performance of 10points, eight rebounds, three steals and two blocks against thenationally-ranked Gonzaga Bulldogs, and a 19-point and 8-reboundeffort versus Boise State (Dec. 17)…At the end of the year,Ojeda was recognized on the College Sports Madness All-BigSky Fourth Team.
2010-11: Started25 of the 30 games in which she played during the 2010-11season…Averaged 3.4 points, 4.6 rebounds and a team-leading1.1 blocks per game, which was among the top four averages in theBig Sky Conference throughout the year…Registered herfirst-career double-double with 11 points and a then-career-high 12rebounds against Portland State (Jan. 27)…Had seven or morerebounds in nine different outings, and had at least one block in20 different contests…Posted a career-high four blocks, andhad six points and nine rebounds against Willamette (Dec.30)…In the BSC tournament quarterfinal matchup againstMontana State (March 10), Ojeda tallied three points, fiverebounds, three steals and one block to help Eastern to a 77-68victory over the Bobcats - its first win in the postseason since2004.
2009-10: Sawaction in nearly every game of the 2009-10 season…Averaged2.1 points per game and 2.4 rebounds per game for theEagles…Grabbed 28 offensive boards, which was thefourth-highest on the squad…She tallied a season-high sevenrebounds in Eastern’s 51-49 victory at Northern Colorado(Jan. 16), and had a season-high six points on four differentoccasions…Led the team on the glass against Corban (Nov.21), as she pulled down six rebounds…Had a solid all-aroundeffort against the Wildcats (Jan. 23) with four points, sixrebounds and one assist.
High School:Graduated from Mount Tahoma High School in 2009…She wasnamed first team All-Narrows League Bay Division three times, andwas a second-team all-area selection as well…She twicehelped her team to fifth-place finishes at the 4A state tournament(2006, 2007)…She averaged 18.6 points, 10.6 rebounds and 4.8blocks per game as a senior…She shot 55 percent from thefield and 60 percent from the free throw line…One of hermost impressive outings in high school came in a win over MercerIsland, when she tallied 42 points, 17 rebounds and sevenblocks…She also competed for the MTHS soccer and track andfield teams.
