2011-12: Afteraveraging 9.3 minutes per game as a freshman, Pakootas contributedan average of 13.6 as a sophomore, while almost tripling her pointtotal from 62 in 2010-11 to 161 in 2011-12…She was the mostefficient 3-point shooter on the team, but was also the best in theBig Sky with a 40.2 3-point field goal percentage…Sheknocked down 33 long-range shots during the year - the second-mostfor the Eagles and among the top 15 in the league…She scoredin double figures on six different occasions, including career-high14 points against Idaho (Dec. 21)…She hit a career-high four3-point shots in that game, while also tying her season-high inrebounds with five…Pakootas was 4-of-6 from the field, withtwo 3-pointers in Eastern’s 78-62 win over Big Sky tournamentparticipant Sacramento State (Jan. 12)…Earned Big SkyAll-Academic accolades for the first time in her career.
2010-11: Appearedin 22 games during her freshman campaign, and earned four startingnods, three of which were in Big Sky Conferenceplay…Averaged 9.3 minutes per game, while contributing anaverage of 2.8 points, 1.7 rebounds and 0.5 assists…Talliedeight points, seven rebounds and two assists against Willamette(Dec. 30)…Poured in a season-high 10 points on 4-of-6shooting to help Eastern to a 98-70 rout of Sacramento State (Jan.22) …Played a season-high 30 minutes against NorthernColorado (Feb. 3), finishing with seven points and a season-highfive assists.
High School:Attended Inchelium High School for her freshman year, where shehelped the basketball team to a fourth-place finish at the statechampionships…Named to the All-Panorama League first team inboth basketball and volleyball…Was also a state qualifier insoftball…Spent her sophomore and junior years at UniversityHigh School in Spokane, Wash., where she was a two-yearletterwinner in volleyball and basketball…Named to theAll-Greater Spokane League second-team in bothsports…Attended Mead High School for her senioryear…Helped the Panthers win the 4A regional championshipsin 2010, which was the school’s first regional title since1992…Her team went on to finish second at the statechampionships that season…Also lettered in volleyball hersenior year at Mead, helping the team capture the 4A statetitle.
