2011-12: Hugheshad a solid sophomore season for EWU, averaging 15.6 minutes offthe bench ... She had five double-digit scoring efforts, andnotched her first-career double-double with a career-high 14 pointsand 11 rebounds against Sacramento State (Jan. 12) ... She wasfifth-leading scorer for the Eagles, averaging 5.4 points per game,and tied for the best season shooting percentage on the team at46.1 ... Hughes had at least one rebound in all 30 games in whichshe appeared, and scored at least two points in 26 of 30 ... Shestarted the year off strong with back-to-back double-digit scoringefforts, recording 12 points against Corban (Nov. 11) and 10against Hoftstra (Nov. 13) - a game in which she also tallied fourrebounds and a career-high three assists ... Hughes was one of thetop performers for Eastern in its game against Pac-12 rival OregonState (Nov. 22), as she notched 10 points and seven rebounds ...She also had 10 points and three boards in an 84-58 rout ofNorthern Arizona (Feb. 2).

2010-11: Played in26 games during her rookie season, including 14 of 16 Big Skyregular-season contests. She averaged 3.4 points per game and 2.0rebounds. Had her best outing of the year against Gonzaga (Dec. 3)- a team that later advanced to the NCAA Elite Eight. Hughestallied a career-high 10 points on 4-of-9 shooting, and had sixrebounds and one steal against the Bulldogs. She helped Eastern toa 98-70 rout of Sacramento State (Jan. 22) with eight points, sevenrebounds and one steal. Scored seven points and grabbed sixrebounds in just nine minutes on the court against Weber State(Feb. 19). Earned her first-career start at Montana (Feb. 26), andcontributed four points, four rebounds and one block in that game,which Eastern won 71-63, snapping a 24-year and 27-game losingstreak against the Lady Griz at Dahlberg Arena.

High School: A2010 graduate of Hanford High School in Richland, Wash., where shewas a three-year varsity letterwinner. Averaged 16 points and 10rebounds as a junior, helping the Falcons earn a 16-7 overallrecord and a bid to the 2009 State 3A Tournament. Garnered 3AAll-State team honors in 2009 and was a All-Columbia Basin Big NineFirst-Team selection. As a sophomore, Hughes helped her high schoolteam to a third-place finish at the state championships. Alsolettered in track and field, as she was a regional qualifier in thediscus, 100-meter dash, 200-meter dash and as a member of the 4x100and 4x200-meter relay.
